Quick question for the hive-mind: Does tahini need to be refrigerated once the can is opened?

  1. Tahini should not need to be refrigerated. Did you follow the recipe exactly or did you make changes?

  2. The tahini I have here wants to be kept cool, once opened. I guess it depends on your kitchen if that means you need to keep it in the fridge or if a dark cupboard should be enough.
