Today is the on-sale date for the TV tie-in edition of Lovecraft Country. It’s the same text as the original Harper Perennial paperback edition (including the P.S. section at the back), but with a sexy new cover and a new ISBN:
Bookshop.org • Amazon • B&N • Book Depository • Powell’s
If you are a fan of the original Jarrod Taylor cover art, not to fear, that edition is still available too:
Bookshop.org • Amazon • B&N • Book Depository • Powell’s
After reading some of the annoying comments on Amazon’s HBO page, I’m glad to see that more people are buying the book because it seemed that too many expected to watch a Lovecraft story and not a Matt Ruff story about Lovecraft’s imaginings. People were complaining about the focus on racism. Ya gotta laugh.
